there is or will be a contract between you and Atlas Aerospace.
In this case, Atlas Aerospace processes the Personal Data for the purpose of performing the contract or taking action upon request prior to the conclusion of the contract.

To eliminate legal risks (for example, in the event of a potential dispute, to keep Personal Data for a limited period of time to resolve the dispute);

To enforce contractual obligations and to ensure proper performance of contracts;
To protect its financial interests;
To retain and attract Customers;
To maintain, develop and implement improvements to the websites and ensure their use by Customers;
To maintain, develop and implement social network profiles, and ensure that they are used by Customers;
To carry out marketing activities, including promoting and distributing the Services;
To protect its rights through the services of authorized and competent authorities.
Atlas Aerospace may transfer Personal Data to the following recipients:
Atlas Aerospace employees and authorized persons who process the Personal Data specified in this Policy on behalf
of Atlas Aerospace, within the scope of their responsibilities and duties.
To parties involved in the provision of Atlas Aerospace Services and business development:

To banks and other settlement and financial services providers as well as providers of information exchange between
Atlas Aerospace and financial services providers;

Access rights:
Obtain approval from Atlas Aerospace as to whether or not Personal Data is being processed with respect to the Data Subject,
if Atlas Aerospace processes your Personal Data, you have the right to access the relevant Personal Data and receive information on the purposes of the processing, Personal Data categories, recipient categories, Personal Data retention period, your data protection rights, source of Personal Data and automated decision making (if any).
This information may be familiarized with in this Policy.

Clause 3 and sub-clauses of the Policy!
Where applications are submitted electronically, Atlas Aerospace shall provide the information in electronic form.
Rights of Rectification
You have the right to request Atlas Aerospace to correct inaccurate Personal Data.
Right of Deletion
You have the right to request Atlas Aerospace to delete your Personal Data if:
You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of Personal Data, given that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing carried out during the term of your consent;
Personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed under the terms of Clause 4 and sub-clauses of the Policy;
Personal data is processed illegally;
Personal data must be deleted in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The right of deletion does not apply where, under the law, Atlas Aerospace is required to process Personal Data, or processing is necessary for archiving, public interest or statistical purposes, or for the purpose of instituting, enforcing or defending a legitimate claim.
Right to Restrict the Processing of Personal DataYou have the right to request that Atlas Aerospace restrict the processing of Personal Data if:
You contest the accuracy of the Personal Data or the lawfulness of the processing (the restriction will be in force while the appeal process is in progress);
Processing of Personal Data is illegal, but you object to the deletion of Personal Data;
Atlas Aerospace Personal data is no longer needed, but you need it to raise, enforce, or defend within legal claims.
Right to Object Against Processing
You have the right at any time to object to the processing of your Personal Data based on the legitimate interests and consent
of Clause 5 and sub-clauses.
Atlas Aerospace has the right to continue to process Your Personal Data, regardless of any objections we receive, provided that Atlas Aerospace invokes compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or to raise, enforce, or defend within lawful claims
Right to Withdraw Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of Personal Data in cases where consent to the processing of Personal Data is the basis.You may use the contact information for Atlas Aerospace listed in Clause 3 and sub-clauses of the Policy to withdraw your consent.
If you withdraw your consent, Atlas Aerospace has the right to restrict the provision of services, subject to the availability of relevant Personal Data.
The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the processing carried out during the period of validity of the consent given.
Right to Portability
You have the right to receive your Personal Data provided by you to Atlas Aerospace, in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format and to request such data to be transmitted to another controller (service provider) if such Personal Data is processed on a contractual or consent basis.

You have the right to complain to Atlas Aerospace, as well as to the Latvian supervisory authority, the Data State Inspectorate, if you believe that your Personal Data Protection Rights have been violated.
