In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting, filling positions, team development as well as building long term strategy to find specialists and future leaders for Atlas Aerospace

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In partnership with HR Manager and core leadership team propose and execute tailored talent acquisition strategy targeting current and future company needs
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of candidates by driving employer branding initiatives
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, providing assessment and reference checks.
  • Provide efficient and positive experience for every candidate from application stage to job offer
  • Monitor and analyze labor market and hiring key trends as well  as candidate feedbacks, identify improvements and report to management team
  • Participate in inhouse onboarding, training and development projects to meet future company staffing needs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Track record of at least few years of hands-on experience in recruiting, preferably in international company
  • Solid understanding of recruitment of roles in engineering and production is a must
  • Excellent knowledge (both written and verbal) of Latvian, English and Russian languages
  • In-house recruiter mindset to ensure best fit candidate hiring and retention

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in HR or equivalent education will be seen as advantage
  • Goal orientation and experience of working towards tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
